You must be at least 18 years old. By using Hiya you confirm that you are.
Your conduct
You agree to follow the community rules. We may end chats, remove messages, and suspend or ban access, with or without notice, to keep the service safe.
Content
You are responsible for what you send. Don't send anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to share. Other people may capture what you share on screen; we can't prevent that.
No warranty
Hiya is provided as is. We don't verify who people are and can't guarantee how strangers will behave. Use your judgement, and report anyone who breaks the rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Hiya after a change means you accept the new terms.
